Our new high intensity interval program is based on the current research showing increased benefit from short-burst intense exercise bouts over long, drawn-out cardio sessions.
We borrow the timing from Professor Tabata Izumi which showed that 4 minutes of work with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest is an extremely efficient work-rest ratio.
In this program we will move continuously between exercise stations creating a metabolic workout like no other. The best way to burn fat, build lean muscle as well as improve cardio and endurance.
