This program is modeled on a protocol created by Tabata Izumi in the mid '90s. The research showed amazing improvement in athletes capacity and cardio-vascular fitness.
There will be resting and mobility exercises interspersed between the short, 20-second work intervals. Each session will last only 27 minutes. That will give you all the cardio exercise you need.
We will use body-weight as well as swings and (not many) snatches to elicit your system to peak performance and metabolic activity.
Anyone who wants to take their fitness, body, health, well-being and mental clarity to new levels.
