Who it is for?

Anyone who wants to take their fitness, body, health, well-being and mental clarity to new levels.

Program summary

20 sessions

Twice a week, Wednesday and Friday at 7am sharp for no more than 30 min.

Class structure

  • 5 min warm-up
  • 20 min workout (no, not continuous)
  • 5 min cool-down

First 2 sessions will comprise of perfecting the snatch and doing the following (mandatory as part of the program):

  • Take body-fat measurements
  • Establish your personal cadence for snatching
  • Establish resting pulse
  • Take photos of participants: Men – no shirt, Women – sports bra.
  • Take waistline measurements.

What you can expect to get from this program

  • Increased fitness (measurable – lower resting heart rate and/or faster recovery)

The small print

  • Attendance for all sessions is mandatory (one-time, with-cause, exceptions are acceptable)
  • Participants who miss 2 consecutive sessions may not return to program.
  • Program is strictly limited to 15 participants.
