We are so happy to see you back at the studio after this unprecedented COVID-19 related closure. In order to ensure your health and safety as well as the instructors’ we have established the following procedures. Please follow all the steps in order to help us and the community stay safe.
Sign-into the class you want at least 24 hours prior to the class. You can sign into your account and our classes at: www.vancouvermindbody.com/schedule or using ZenPlanner app (Android / iOS). For any questions please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com.
Classes will be limited to 15 people.
Fill in our COVID-19 self-screening questionnaire at least 1 hour before the class starting time.
If you answered YES to any of the questions, PLEASE DO NOT come to the studio. You are welcome to attend our online classes.
Please use the washroom BEFORE you come to the studio and as much as possible wear your workout clothes. The washrooms and changerooms at the studio will be off limits (except for ‘emergencies’). The virus lives quite long on fabric so we don’t want extra clothes hanging around.
When arriving at the studio, be cognizant of Social Distancing. We have lines on the sidewalk at 2m space and we request that you do not congregate in the waiting area. Allow people who arrived before you to set themselves up on the mat and only then, enter the studio.
Once you have entered the studio, remove your shoes and place street clothing in your bag. SANITZE YOUR HANDS. You will note a grid on the mat. Position yourself in one of the marked-off areas, the grid is 2M x 2M giving every client a safe distance from other clients. If you are participating in a kettlebell class, take no more than 2 kettlebells to your practice area. (Note that the entire mat and all kettlebells are disinfected before every class.)
Have a GREAT class
At the end of class, allow people closer to the door to leave first and return the kettlebells first. No need to wipe down the mat and kettlebells, they will all be sprayed with disinfectant.
