- In April 2023 VMBC had its 12th birthday.
- We are now in our 4th location.
- Two more of our instructors have became parents to beautiful girls.
- Our smallest kettlebell is lighter than an average newborn baby.
- Our biggest kettlebell is heavier than some of our kettlebell instructors.
- Close to 1,000 people have attended our classes over the years.

Things that have not changed: we still like to make classes challenging but fun.
